Data that we collect

If you use our website, please ensure you are familiar with this notice. It contains information about our company and your personal data that we collect. Specifically, it tells you how we will use and process any information provided to us when you sign up a property to pkworld or contact us. In most cases, the information that we collect and process in order to sign up a property and operate the pkworld platform will not constitute personal data. However, we process the following types of personal data: names, email addresses.

• Contact Details – Your name and email address.
• Identification – We may ask you to provide a copy of government issued identification to verify your identity.
• We may collect information in relation to your property info, such as your manager or owner levels.
• Payment Details – If you use a personal bank account, or other personal payment method, by which we can make or receive payments from you, we will collect this data.

Technical Data – This includes your internet protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access pkworld Inbox. We may collect and / or use personal data in certain circumstances, such as if you complain personally to us that you had a questionable stay at a pkworld property. We may also conduct online searches as part of the initial vetting process for potential new properties. These searches may include information that we use to verify your identity and association with the property.

Use of your personal Information

Pkworld collects and uses your personal information to operate the pkworld Web site and deliver the services you have requested. pkworld also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from pkworld and its affiliates. pkworld may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Pkworld does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. pkworld may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. We process your personal data to provide you with access to our system. We need to communicate with properties such as yours. Where you act as a sole proprietor and sign up your property on that basis, the information we collect about the property or business could be personal data (e.g., details of a bank account that you provide that is set up in your own name).

We process personal data because we are legally allowed to do so, and in order for us to carry out our business operations. Overall, it is necessary for our company to function. This includes our legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent sign-ups, communicating with properties, and operating our web-based administration portal.

Where you sign up to our website in a personal capacity as a sole proprietor, you will enter a contract with us. The basis for our processing of your personal data in such circumstances is that it is necessary in order for us to enter into the contract with you, and then to perform that contract.

• Identity and contact data, such as your name, date of birth or incorporation, company name, address, email address, phone number and other business-related information (e.g. company registration number, business license, tax information, shareholder and director information, etc.);
• Account data, such as bank account details, bank statements, credit card details and payment details (such account data may also be collected directly by our affiliates and/or third-party payment service providers);

  • To verify your documentation submitted to us facilitate your onboarding with us as a seller on the Site, including the testing of technologies to enable faster and more efficient onboarding;
  • To administer your account (if any) with us;
  • To display your name, username or profile on the Site;
  • To verify and carry out financial transactions (including any credit card payments, bank transfers, offline payments, remittances, or e-wallet transactions) in relation to payments related to you and/or Services used by you. You may unsubscribe from receiving marketing information at any time in our mobile application settings or by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material. We may use your contact information to send newsletters from us and from our related companies. If you prefer not to receive any marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time.

You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorized third parties.
